All products listed on this website do not constitute a contractual sales agreement. If for some reason we need to cancel a sale we will contact you ASAP and offer an alternative or refund this could be due but not limited to the following reasons: Low material stock, Technical issues out of our control, Existing issues with a customer and ill health.

All description on our website are a guide and some Differences / Variations may occur, this is due to all orders being made to order using natural materials. However, where possible we will try to get a product as close to the original picture within our limitations.

Any personalised items will be made with the information you provide, it is imperative that you submit any information required accurately as we will make it to your specification. If you provide incorrect information you need to contact us ASAP so we can rectify before production.

Any custom orders will be made as close to your design as possible within the material and machine limitations. All mock designs will be sent and accepted before any custom items are made, the end product will be as close to the mock design as we can get again, within limits of the material and machine.



All orders will be sent via Royal mail with your chosen class in the checkout. We will retain a proof of post when the item is sent. Pictures are taken before every order is sent, if any damage or loss occurs during transit this will be solely down to Royal Mail. If this occurs you the “Buyer” will need to complete the “Making a Claim” application, we will assist as much as we can during this process. No refunds or replacement will be provided.

We aim to produce and send all orders within 14 working days, however usually this is a lot faster (sometimes within a couple of day).


The class of postage applied in the checkout only comes into play once the order has been designed, made and packaged. This does not speed up the process of design, making and packaging.

Returns & Refunds

All items are made to order and personalised to your requirement therefore we will not accept any returns or give any refunds. The only time a refund will be given is if you request to cancel an order before it goes to production, if your product is already in production then we will not provide a refund.

Quality Control “Review” Email

All items are inspected prior to postage and packaged to ensure they are delivered in pristine condition, we appreciate that accidents do sometimes occur and to negate this we always send a follow up email for every order to ensure firstly the item arrived and secondly to ensure your happy with the item, we do this by sending a review form from a trusted 3rd party, this is to maintain legitimate reviews from real customers. By ordering from our website you agree to receive this “Review Email” and in return are offered a discount code for your next purchase as a thank you for the review.
